I believe that GRACE is vital to our collective liberation. Grace should be given AND not taken advantage of or dismissed.
You can’t truly love something if you can’t be critical of it. Holding others ACCOUNTABLE means challenging them to grow while still honoring that growth is a process that takes time and isn’t linear.
We all have a RESPONSIBILITY to learn how people want to be treated and then act on it.
I’m committed to uplifting what makes each of us unique, effective, and strong. AUTHENTICITY is the cornerstone of restorative communities.
I prioritize asking questions through a lens of CURIOSITY in service of being better to and for each other. When I know you, I know what you need and how to support you.
In our world we put such an emphasis on learning, but we should equally emphasize UNLEARNING. I’m committed to helping people unlearn dynamics and beliefs that are hurtful, harmful, and/or problematic.
I believe that in order to be better for each other we have to EVOLVE as everything around us changes. We have to be willing and open enough to identify and acknowledge that things have changed.
My Approach
I’m a firm believer that you can’t truly love something if you can’t be critical of it. We have to be able to provide each other real, honest, critical feedback if we’re to grow and evolve as people. My approach focuses on opening up minds and hearts rather than changing an opinion. My work is rooted in planting seeds of understanding and connection to change hearts and foster life-long growth.
I approach each client with a sense of humility. I know equity, inclusion, belonging, & justice (EIBJ) work, and you know your people or organization. So, how can we work together? You provide me with the context of your work and environment, and I bring the knowledge that assists your spaces in becoming more people-centered, accountability-focused, and forward thinking.
