Building Generational Awareness

Each generation brings unique attributes that influence how they interact, communicate, and contribute. Generation Z and Generation Alpha are distinct in how they navigate work, education, technology, learning, and social change. This session explores generational traits, values, and the influences shaping these groups. We will address how our systems and intergenerational dynamics may limit their potential and engagement and share tools to foster responsive environments. By understanding each new generation through an asset-based lens, participants will be better equipped to create, adapt, or change their practices to meet an evolving world. 

Unlocking Your Team's Potential

Are you new to a team, or just wanting to create a strong team dynamic? Have you been on a team for a while but the team is just downright not “teaming?” Too often, we become hyper-focused on our individual responsibilities and forget that building a healthy connection among team members is crucial for our collective success. Join the presenter as we dig into how to build intentional teams through setting expectations and being accountable to them, being adaptable, centering our humanity, celebrating our wins and more!
