Authentic Bonds through an Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, & Justice Lens
Our organizations are about creating spaces where people feel they belong, and many are struggling to build authentic bonds that go beyond the basics. Ask yourself, “How well do I actually know everyone in my organization?” This program addresses what authentic bonds are, how to get to know each other by centering equity, inclusion belonging, justice (EIBJ) and actions you can engage in to facilitate a deeper connection. When we have authentic bonds, we know each other well enough to effectively support one another.
Boss Babe: Rewriting the Rules
A powerful session on empowerment, self-worth, and community. We will explore what empowerment means to us and what skills we need to assess this within ourselves. We will discuss knowing and owning our worth, challenging societal messages, and recognizing that imposter syndrome stems from structural barriers, not personal shortcomings. Let’s work toward breaking the cycle of competition and instead embracing collaboration and fostering uplifting relationships through understanding each other’s unique experiences. Leave with the confidence that you are enough—because your worth is inherent, not earned.
Raising Our Consciousness Together
Are you seeking to build a deeper understanding of equity, inclusion belonging, justice (EIBJ)? This education is needed now as much as it has ever been. This program explores basic definitions of these terms and how they apply day-to-day, reviews the various reasons this work is vital, digs deeper into social identities and privilege, and gives the audience an opportunity to explore the concept of bias and how it shows up in our lives. This session is a great baseline-setting opportunity for any group, organization, or team to deepen their knowledge and build skills that assist in creating spaces where our humanity is prioritized.
The Power of We: Cultivating Transformative Communities
Transformation is not just change—it’s a lasting impact, and communities are not just spaces we inhabit, but rather a group of people who are invested in each other’s growth and humanity. This keynote explores what it takes to aid in and create spaces where transformative experiences can happen. We will examine how transformation connects to community and what makes communities thrive—shared purpose, mutual care, and accountability. Through a practical framework of self-awareness, authentic connection, and active engagement, you will identify actionable strategies to strengthen your role in cultivating meaningful communities.
Words Mean Things
Your words communicate your values, they tell someone if they will be safe with you, and they can be an immediate way to show someone they belong. It is an intentional effort we can engage in to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, valued, and validated. Join the presenter in discussing the power of language, its lasting impacts, how bias informs the words we use, and specific words/phrases that are exclusive and replacement language.
I loved how engaging you were. I think you do a great job taking the blame away from the conversation and making people feel comfortable!

This is Probabaly the best panhel event I have been too. I dread having to pick a panhel event where they tell me the same things I’ve already learned and know (don’t drink too much, be safe, know the signs, etc) but this was really great and I wish that panhel put on more [events like this] where all members had to come to a speaker like [Christina].
